Overview

The layout opens with a clean white header section divided into an asymmetric 16/24 + 8/24 column split. The wider left column carries a breadcrumb trail and an H1 set in Manrope 700 at 52px desktop, stepping down to 40px on tablet and 32px on phone, with a tight -1px letter-spacing that reads as composed rather than clinical. The narrower right column holds a single Nunito 18px sentence framing the page's purpose. A 1px #cfe6e1 hairline at the section's bottom edge closes the introduction without adding visual weight.

The main section sits on an #eaf6f3 mint background and divides into a 10/24 + 14/24 column ratio on desktop. The left side lists four contact details -- email, phone, address, and hours -- each row pairing an 18px Font Awesome solid icon in #10343a with a 12px uppercase Nunito label in #4c6a6e and a 17px value in the deep #10343a. Rows are separated by 1px #cfe6e1 top borders rather than boxes, so the list reads as a single cohesive block rather than four separate cards. On the right, the form lives inside a white #ffffff card with a 16px border radius, a #cfe6e1 border, and 48px internal padding. The three fields -- Name, Email, and Message -- fill the full card width and use the #eaf6f3 mint as their background, embedding them visually into the page surface rather than interrupting it. The submit button pulls the action teal #0f7c80 from the palette. On tablet and phone, both columns become full-width and stack.

The third section returns to the mint background for a centred FAQ block. A Manrope 44px H2 sits inside a 720px max-width container with text-wrap: balance to prevent ragged breaks at any viewport width. Below it, six accordion items are grouped at 800px wide. Each toggle title is Manrope 19px at 600 weight; answers use Nunito 16px at 1.7em line-height in #4c6a6e. The accordion shares the same 16px border radius and #cfe6e1 border as the form card, so the same design grammar holds across the page without repetition reading as laziness.

The layout closes with a full-width #0f7c80 teal CTA band. A white Manrope 48px H2 occupies the left side of a horizontal flex row; a white 'Book a visit' button with a #10343a text and a short reassurance line sit on the right. On phone, the row flips to a column with left-aligned text. Section padding scales consistently from 104px desktop to 72px tablet to 48px phone throughout every section, giving the mobile layout the same breathing room as the desktop without any custom CSS overrides.

What’s inside

  • White header section with breadcrumb navigation, an H1 in Manrope 700 (52px → 32px across breakpoints), and a supporting tagline in the narrower 8/24 column
  • Four-row contact info panel using Font Awesome solid icons (email, phone, map pin, clock) with 12px uppercase labels and 17px values, separated by 1px hairline dividers
  • Native Divi 5 contact form -- three full-width fields (Name, Email, Message) -- inside a white rounded card with mint field backgrounds and a teal 'Send message' button
  • Centred FAQ section with a six-item accordion, Manrope 19px toggle titles, and Nunito 16px answer copy at 1.7em line-height
  • Full-width teal (#0f7c80) CTA band with a white heading, a white 'Book a visit' button, and a single reassurance line beneath it
  • Two-font system throughout: Manrope 700 for all headings, Nunito for all body copy, labels, and UI text
  • Three-level responsive padding on every section (104px / 72px / 48px) with explicit column-to-stack wrapping rules on tablet and phone

Who it’s for

Dental practices are the obvious fit, but the palette and tone work just as well for any healthcare or wellness provider where trust matters more than visual drama -- GP surgeries, physiotherapy clinics, opticians, dermatology or osteopathy practices. The four-detail contact structure (email, phone, address, hours) also maps cleanly to professional service firms: solicitors, independent financial advisors, and accountants that need to communicate both approachability and reliability on a single page. Any practice with a small team that fields booking enquiries directly, rather than through an online scheduler, will find the layout's balance of information and form exactly right.

Customization tips

Start with the action teal: #0f7c80 appears on the contact-form button and the CTA section background. Swapping it in both places with your brand primary takes the layout into a completely different territory in under a minute. The dark text #10343a and muted #4c6a6e work as a pair -- shift both toward a warmer neutral if the teal feels too clinical for your brand. The #eaf6f3 mint section backgrounds will naturally recede once the surrounding values change.

For the contact detail rows, each is a Group module -- add or remove rows freely, but keep icons at 18px so the label text stays optically aligned. The contact form's three fields cover most enquiry types; to add a fourth (phone number, appointment type), duplicate an existing contact-field block and update its ID attribute. FAQ accordion items are individual blocks -- six is the visual sweet spot at 800px max-width, but four or eight both work. Keep accordion titles under 60 characters to avoid awkward wrapping on phone. The CTA heading has text-wrap: balance applied, which works best for imperative phrases up to about 50 characters.

Questions about Halcyon Dental — Minimal Dental Contact Page for Divi 5

How does the layout handle mobile stacking?

Every two-column row has an explicit `flexDirection: column` rule set at the phone breakpoint directly in the module settings -- no custom CSS needed. The header columns stack with the breadcrumb and H1 above the tagline; in the main section, contact details appear before the form card; and the CTA heading stacks above the button with left-aligned text.

Which Divi 5 modules does this layout use?

Section, Row, Column, Text, Heading, Icon, Group, Contact Form, Contact Field, Accordion, Accordion Item, and Button -- all native Divi 5 modules. No third-party plugins or add-ons are required.

There are no photos in the layout. Is that by design?

Yes. The visual system relies on the two-tone color palette, spacing, and typography rather than imagery. If you want to add a practice photo, a good place is as a second column alongside the contact details, or as a subtle section background with low opacity. Target a 3:2 or 16:9 crop at 1200px wide for clean rendering.

What should I edit first after importing?

The four contact detail values in the left column of Section 2 (email address, phone number, street address, opening hours), then the recipient email inside the Contact Form module's settings panel. After that, replace the six FAQ accordion items with your own questions and update the CTA heading and button label -- the whole process takes about ten minutes.

The first FAQ item opens automatically. Can I change which item starts open?

Yes. The first accordion item has its 'Open' toggle set to on in the module settings. Open any other item's settings and enable that same toggle, or disable it on the first item to start the accordion fully collapsed.

Does the layout work for a non-dental practice?

The copy is the only dental-specific element. The palette, structure, and typography read naturally for physiotherapy, optometry, private specialist clinics, and general professional services. Replace the placeholder copy and nothing in the design signals dentistry.

Which Divi version does this layout need?

Divi 5. The layout is generated natively for Divi 5 and validated against its real module structure before publication, so it imports clean into the current builder.

Can I use this layout on client websites?

Yes. Every download includes a commercial license covering unlimited sites you own or build for clients. Only reselling or redistributing the layout file itself is prohibited.
